How do I place my first order?
To place an order, it is necessary to create an account: click on the "Connection" section at the top right of the home page then on "Create an account". Enter your personal information then click on "Validate". Then select the desired product (s). Specify the desired quantity and click on "Add". The selected product (s) will be automatically added to your cart. Once your products have been chosen, click on "Cart" at the top right of your screen then proceed to the ordering process by clicking on "Finalize my order".
How can I modify or cancel my order?
Log in to your account then click on "My Orders". If the status of your order is "In preparation", your order can no longer be modified. Contact the Consumer Service by email: email@example.com, they may still be able to modify or cancel your order. If the status of your order is "Shipped", it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel your order. In this case, see the "Returns and Refunds" section of our General Terms and Conditions.
Do you want to use a promotional code?
- Access your basket by clicking on "Finalize my order" then enter your promotional code on "Enter your privilege code here" and validate.
- Check that the promotion has been taken into account.
- All our promotions are valid once per person, while stocks last and cannot be combined with other promotions.In the event of an error message, refer to the section "Is your promotional code incorrect?"

Forgot to add a promotional code?
It is no longer possible to modify orders with the status "In preparation". If you need help, we invite you to contact our Consumer Service by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is your promotional code wrong?
- Check that your promotional code is written in capitals and without spaces.
- Check that there is only one promotional code and that it does not has not expired.

Is the payment secure?
The transaction takes place on a secure server (SSL Digicert) and your bank number is encrypted. As a result, you can shop safely online.
What are the payment terms?
Once your order has been placed, choose your payment method: Visa, Mastercard. Payment cannot be made by check. In the "Confirmation and payment" step, choose your type of credit card and click on "Confirm my order". Enter your credit card numbers then click on "Yes, I confirm my payment". What are the delivery times and costs?
We currently only ship to: United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey. The delivery is billed to you £5 and will be free from £50 of purchase for above destinations. The deadlines are 1 to 3 working days on average (Monday to Friday inclusive, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excluded). These times are from the time of sending the shipping confirmation e-mail, for an item in stock, excluding preparation times (average time from 48h to 72h).
Can I have it delivered abroad?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to elsewhere except the destinations mentioned above.
How can I track the delivery of my package?
Click on "Connection" then identify yourself and click on "My orders" in the left menu. Check the status of your order ": in preparation or shipped. If the status is "Shipped", the parcel number will be indicated so that you can follow the delivery via the Royal Mail Tracking website. An order confirmation email will also be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The tracking number you receive is activated within 24 hours, which is the time for the carrier to receive the package by computer. We therefore invite you to follow your order after this period. How do I modify my account?
Go to the "Connection" section at the top right of the page. Identify yourself by entering your username and password. Enter the desired modifications in the different headings of the left menu, then click on "Save".
I forgot my password.
Go to the "Connection" section at the top right of the page then click on "Forgot your password?" ". Indicate your registration e-mail address and click on "Send": you will receive an e-mail with a link allowing you to define a new password.
